Forest bathing offers a slow, intentional immersion in nature, supporting nervous system regulation and a sense of grounding. This practice encourages rest, reflection, and reconnection with the rhythms of the forest.
This is for individuals or groups up to 6 adults. We will meet at a public park for a 3-hour experience that includes guided mediation, individual mediation, slow walking on uneven pathways, and a closing tea ceremony.

One-on-one meditation instruction rooted in Metta and Insight practices offers compassionate, personalized guidance to cultivate awareness, kindness, and clarity. Sessions support the development of mindfulness and a heart-centered meditation practice.
We will practice meditation for 45-minutes every other week for a minimum of 3 months. Sessions include 3 parts: intention setting, mediation, and closing.
